Stephen has been practicing law for 30 years in Clallam and Jefferson Counties. His primary areas of practice are estate planning and probate and trust estate administration.
Stephen participates in many civic activities including serving as legal counsel for the Port Angeles Waterfront Center, the Boys and Girls Club, the Port Townsend Marine Life Center and the Sequim Education Foundation. He has served as President of Clallam County United Way and the Clallam County Bar Association. Stephen is a past recipent of United Way's Community Impact Award for his service to nonprofit organizations and his successful efforts to encourage and support philanthropic giving to local nonprofit organizations. Stephen is also a member of the Port Angeles Rotary Club.
Graham was born and raised in Port Angeles, WA. He is a licensed attorney and CPA. His great, great grandfather, John Ralston was the first judge of Clallam and Jefferson county from 1912 - 1933.
He spent 8 years in Washington, D.C. running the Department of Transportation's, Office of Small Business where he served thousands of small business owners providing them legal, financial, technical, and procurement assistance. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2005 and Seattle University School of Law in 2009.
